Bug fixes

• Random out of memory errors. Since I’m unable to reproduce the problem, I’ve made an attempt to reduce the probability. First reports are saying that it helps
• Playing hotshots when teh girl’s lust is 99 or 100 could result in a crash: File “game/loc_nightbar.rpy”, line 5339, in get_random_text IndexError: list index out of range
• When visiting Heather in her room, game crashes with: could not find image. (u’images/locations/loc_girls_room1_door2.webp’)
• Locations for girls currently not on the island were still showing on watch and phone
• Masseuse could be in thw spa before her arrival scene
• When reception shift changes on day 1 or 2, error: File “game/script.rpy”, line 767, in IndexError: list index out of range could occur
• After Alice pole dance for you and the end is right when the last call scene starts, you got a crash: “could not find image. (u’scenes/Ivy/Ivy_nightbar_poledance4.jpg’)”
• One of Renee’s achievements has disappeared. She Used to have 3 Hot Shots achievements: was an accident, no idea how the line of code got deleted
• When Aly is the plane girl, other arrival scenes on day 0 or 1 will crash with a missing image (you should be able to use ignore to continue)

The fix for the memory allocation error has been moved from “chaning locations” to “change of day” to avoid lags when changing locations.
An image was for the player in the gym shower, leading to a crash. Two other images had teh wrong name.
One of Renee’s achievements has disappeared. She Used to have 3 Hot Shots achievements: was an accident, no idea how the line of code got deleted. wasn’t fixed when you upgraded a game from 0.1.7.0

Bug fixes
Scheduling/calendar has been changed to support up to 2 am. Also “change of day” for calendar has been changed to 2 am. This will avoid problems with dates at 1 am
Nightbar “last call” scene was shown with wrong bartender or could result in a crash when you did it on day 1
In certain cicumstances during the Miriam and Mercedes poster scene, the recpetionist overlay image was still shown
There was a possible endless loop when you arrive at the island (it occurs only very rarely)
The other shower scene with Faye should also count to get the shower symbol
There is still abug when Aly is the plane girl and another girl arrives on the island early.

The update from 0.1.9.0 to 0.2.0.0 has 713 new renders, videos and sound files and 54 updated renders.
Most of the new stuff is in “.webp” format and at least 1920×1080 resultion, which reduces space and increases image quality at the same time.

• The player gets an additional “perk” pick now. In addition to the old primary pick (strength, endurance, etc.), there is now a secondary pick as well, that will give half the bonus of the primary pick (this should make the game start easier)
• Eva gets three new sexting images (context related) and all her old sexting images will be upgrdaded to double resolution webp format
• Possibility to display an image on the phone during a scene/even has been added
• Possibility to receive message and display them during a scene/even has been added
• Heather gets a context related sexting image and a new dream image
• After day 15 if you have at least 5 bluse pills, you can exchange them against a pill of one of the other colors

• Weight change event with Faye lead to a crash when Faye was not on the island
• In the morning between 9 am and 10 am, the recptionist or roomservice girl was also at the beach
• The new posing interface had some image sizing and text order inconsistencies
• On some systems there are code conversion error with Renée during the update phase
• If you missed an appointment from Joy’s “Desires and Wishes” mailbox quest line, she will not send a new one and you can’t get another one at reception
• The weight lifting/bench presses workout did not inrcease the workout per week counter for some girls
• If you missed the appointment to stay the night with Amy, she did not send a new one
• Amy max love/affection quest line. There was a bug that could lead to a wrong quest sequence. You could do the arm wrestling before the massage, screwing up the quest line

0.2.1.0 beta –> Save games from 0.0.8 and later can still be used. Earlier saves are no longer supported.

• Appointments for tomorrow might lead to getting a message that you missed the appointment, even though this is not true and the appointment is still some time into the future –> will be fixed with bug fix 1 (or get the quickfix file player.rpyc attached to this post and copy it to your <holiday island>/game/ folder)
• When a sexting is send, game might crash with error: local variable ‘ll_images’ referenced before assignment –> will be fixed with bug fix 1 (or get the quickfix file characters.rpyc attached to this post and copy it to your <holiday island>/game/ folder)
• When you open a message with a picture attached, that has been created before 0.2.3 you get a crash: AttributeError: ‘cl_message’ object has no attribute ‘images’ –> will be fixed with bug fix 1 (no quick fix possible, will be fixed during the save game update phase)
• Before you get the upgraded room, if you ask Jessica for a pole dance in the night bar, when she rejects your offer her closeup image stays on the screen –> will be fixed with bug fix 1 (to make it go away in the meantime, hug or kiss a girl)

You need to download one of the main game files for version 0.3.0.0 (PC, Mac, Linux)
Save games from 0.0.8 alpha and later versions should still be working. Older saves are no longer supported. Some saves might still not load. Sorry for that, but there is nothing I can do about it.
To apply the update, please extract all files from the zip archive to the folder where you installed the full game. Overwrite all files when asked.
For Mac users, please navigate to the folder structure:
HolidayIsland.app\Contents\Resources\autorun
Inside you find the folder named “game”. Copy the content of zip file into the “autorun” folder from above.
