Hi friends,

we called our last update “the biggest ever” – and this one comes pretty close. As always, for a full list of changes, please scroll down to the end.

Thanks for your participation in the poll and the feedback on our experimental AI. As expected, we saw very different reactions – and we will act accordingly. There will be an improved version on a professional server, and we will continue to develop the core product at the same time. We can’t tell exactly when this will happen, but until then, we will keep the current experimental version for you to further test.

The first improvements after your feedback: You can now toggle the subtitles for yourself and the Hottie individually, the input field for the Hottie’s interests is bigger, and the AI’s behavior in idle periods is improved.

But now, let’s dive into some of the new features in this update!

Extended Desktop Mode (Phase I)
The Desktop Mode until now gave you the possibility to create a Hottie without putting on your VR headset. You could also give commands and navigate in a 3rd person view while your player body was resting on the floor. In VR HOT 0.9.6, we made the next step. You can now control your player body in 1st person view or control the camera in 3rd person view (use “V” to switch), while your player body will stay in the position you left it. You can also make the player body thrust (press “T”) in three different speeds.

We have also implemented some graphical upgrades in Desktop Mode – DLSS and TAAU are now available, and we have implemented Bloom and DoF effects (everything switchable, of course). Furthermore, there are light effects (Global Illumination and SSAO) and color profiles (Main Menu > Settings > Scene) to make it look even prettier.
(Bloom, DoF, the light effects and the color profiles also work in VR.)

Note that there are still a couple of things that only work in VR; this is just a first step!

Lots of New Stuff
There are so many new things; we’ll just name a few – new sliders for labia wetness, genital and anus color, lip glossiness, cheeks, glutes, and lacrimal. More eye colors, eye liners, and a switchable preference (oral/vaginal/anal) for the Guidance System we introduced with the last update.

Lots of Improvements
Thanks to your extensive feedback in our Steam forums and on our Discord, we were able to improve many bigger and smaller things in VR HOT. From the Hottie’s animations and navigation (especially lay/sit down), collisions of the glutes and genitals, to graphical enhancements like lighting, skin rendering, and hair simulation, we worked on a lot of details. The Grab Mode with Hand Tracking is also improved, and the hand aligns better with the grabbed body part now.

And, of course, there’s even more. More improvements and quite a lot of bug fixes.

So now VR HOT supports two upscalers,
FSR and DLSS to speed up the rendering.
FSR works for all PCs and offers 5 levels of upscaling.
You can find the settings in the Main Menu under Main > Performance.

The other upscaler is DLSS, which is only supported by NVIDIA RTX GPUs.
And due to another Unity bug it sometimes has the opposite effect and makes VR HOT very slow.
We still included it, because if it starts without issues, it will stay stable during the session. So yeah,
it’s kind of experimental

But there’s more, of course.

We integrated the
buttplug.io
protocol which allows to
connect compatible s*x tech
like the „Lovense Max2“ or „The Handy“ with VR HOT.
Penetration will trigger the devices and make the experience even more realistic.
